Report: Russia's sugar maker Prodimex considers share floatation

MOSCOW, Sep 7 (PRIME) -- Russian sugar producer Prodimex is considering holding an initial public offering (IPO), Bloomberg reported on Tuesday, citing three people with knowledge of the company plans. 

Consideration is at an early stage, the sources said. The company declined to comment.

According to Bloomberg, Prodimex, that produces more than 1.5 million tonnes of sugar per year, first considered an IPO 10 years ago.
